John is responsible for the architecture and administration of this website. He combined the most popular open source Learning Management System, Moodle, with the most popular open source Content Management System, Joomla. He taught the other contributors how to use the tools to publish standards based educational modules.

John worked at Purple Video Relay Service, and when he retired he wanted to keep his ASL skills sharp. First, for practice he created the 77 Android quizzes available on this site then he architected and built the system for publishing quizzes as e-learning modules. All quizzes are based on the curriculum created by Dr. Vicars on Lifeprint.com.
